Wheeler Fans,
We are excited to announce that National Coaches vs. Cancer Week is coming up during the week of January 27th! Basketball coaches, players, and fans at all levels will be showing their support to raise money and bring awareness to the fight against cancer.
As part of this nationwide initiative, we will be participating during our home varsity basketball game on Friday, January 31st against Tri-Center.
How can you get involved?
The Western Iowa Conference athletic directors have partnered to offer a conference-wide t-shirt order to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. We encourage all Wheeler fans to show their support by wearing a t-shirt representing your school color during the games that week.

IMPORTANT: Each school has a specific section in the store. Be sure to select the section designated for Wheeler to ensure your order is processed correctly. All proceeds from these shirts will go directly to the American Cancer Society.
Order deadline: The store will close on December 22, 2024.
Shirt Pickup:
Shirts will be available for pickup at the school the week of January 13th. We will provide further details on pickup once the shirts arrive.

Due to the potential for freezing rain on Friday evening, we are cancelling the JVR basketball game and adjusting the start times for the JV & Varsity basketball games against IKMM.
JV Basketball: 4:30 PM
Varsity Basketball: 6:00 PM (approximately, following JV)
