Registration for the 2020-2021 School Year
1 - Online registration through JMC is the recommended method. However we know not everyone has internet access. If you would like to schedule an appointment to use a school computer in the board room, please call 563-2607. You will be required to wear a mask while in the building to register. JMC Online registration needs to be done on a computer or tablet, it is not compatible with phones or small screen tablets. 2 - Mail/Email registration You can print the forms below, fill out & mail or email them to the school. Mail to: Audubon Comm School - 800 Third Ave, Audubon; email them to: Fees may be paid through JMC or send to the school, below is a fees receipt. 3 - Walk in registration is August 4 (11am-1pm; 4pm-6pm) You will be able to pick up blank forms or drop off filled out forms and pay school fees. You will not be able to sit and fill out paperwork or use laptops for online during this time. Masks are required. If you need hard copies sent to you, please contact the school, 563-2607. - all forms are due on or before the first day of school, Aug. 17th.
NEW students to Audubon Community School District New Student Enrollment Form FORMS: (if you don't complete the On-line JMC Registration) You may email completed forms to or send them to the Superintendent's office at the high school. These forms needs to be completed yearly.
